Rani Mukerji Gets Nostalgic Talking On ‘Extra Special’ Preity Zinta

We all know that Rani Mukerji and Preity Zinta have remained close friends through thick and thin for almost two decades. The two actresses have shared screen space in a lot many films where their ‘Jodi’ has been loved throughout and interestingly, all their films in which they starred together have been super-hits.

The two iconic actresses ruled the silver screen in the mid-2000s and were the reigning queens of B-Town back then. While we miss both of them on screen, Mukerji is ready with her next release Hichki.

Recently, at an award show, Preity talked about the Hichki actress saying that if she had to bring any character or co-star from any of her films into real life, she said it will have to be Rani as their pair has been super successful whenever they have worked together. Sweet right? When we told about it to Rani, she also went on to talk about how she has become a very special person in her life as well. It also had to do a lot with their favorite co-star Salman Khan. Read on to what she said about her…

‘Preity has always termed me as the lucky mascot of her life and she had also said that I should be present on the mandap of her wedding. I have spent some very special & wonderful moments with Preity because we did films together in the times where we both were building our careers and it is hence extra special.

Also, because Preity is an open-hearted person, cheerful and cool person. We enjoyed a lot together while shooting for these films and to top on that, two of the films in which we shared screen space had Salman Khan as well who is also very fun-loving and open-hearted just like her,’ said Rani.

Aww so sweet! We are loving their bonding just like always and we hope to see them soon in a movie together. What say? Zinta and Mukerji have starred together in four films namely Har Dil Jo Pyaar KaregaChori Chori Chupke ChupkeVeer Zaara, and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna. Interestingly, all four films have been blockbusters.
